Why are you scheduling my senior pictures in the Summer?

Prestige Portraits schedules Senior Portrait sessions in the summer to give a head start for Rising Seniors because we understand you are very busy during the school year. It gives us the ability to photograph Portrait Sessions throughout the day and gives students more time to get ready as opposed to after school photography hours.

Need to change my appointment?



If you would like to change your appointment when Lifetouch is at your school you may call our Customer Service Department @ 678-554-2134 and they will be more than happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment. For Studio Appointments you may go online @ www.prestigeportraits.com/atl and reschedule your appointment or Call Marietta Studio 678-569-1315 or Fayetteville Studio 678-554-2103.

Does Lifetouch provide the outfits?
 

Prestige Portraits provides you with the Drape or Tuxedo for your Formal Portrait for the yearbook.
You may bring multiple casual or dressy outfits that help you express your individuality. Please note there may be certain restrictions or school requirements if your school uses a casual outfit for your yearbook. For example: Low cut tops ,T-shirts with inappropriate messages or logos.

Can I look at my pictures online?

Yes,  you may look at your pictures online approximately 2 weeks after your portrait session. You will receive an access code from Prestige.

How soon will i get my proofs?

In approximately 2-3 weeks. Please make sure you give us an accurate mailing address to receive proofs on time.

What does the sitting fee cover?

The sitting fee covers time, expertise and proofs. It also allows you to select your yearbook pose(s).

Do I have to return the proof for the yearbook selection to the school?

You may call in your yearbook selection(s) @ 1-800-736-4775. There is no need to return your proof set.

What if the picture I like has a blue background, but the school wants black?

Prestige Portraits gives a variety of senior formal poses on the required background for your school that has specifications for the yearbook which you will need to make a selection from.  If you happen to select a different background that is not accepted by your yearbook you will be asked to select a yearbook acceptable image. Formals are normally photographed on a traditional blue background ( some schools vary) and you will receive information which you will take home  on the requirements and how to select your pose(s) when you arrive for your portrait session.  You may however use the picture you like for your own personal use. If you are not satisfied and time permits before your photography deadline you may notify Prestige and may retake the pose but a retake fee may be required.  Please ask a Lifetouch Representative when your photography deadline is to ensure the new pose will make it to the yearbook in time.

My proofs don't look like they've been retouched?

Your proofs will not be retouched in order to get them back to you as soon as possible.
However, your yearbook pose(s) and any pose may you order additional portraits from will also have basic retouching.This will not include proof sets.  If you feel your yearbook pose(s) needs additional retouching such as braces, scars,suntan lines,  there is a digital retouching charge to fix these. You may also upgrade your retouching to Premium Retouching for $40.00 that will remove all blemishes, whitens teeth, evens skin tone and soften lines which will be applied to all ordered poses.  Please note that retouching may take a little time and by letting us know immediately we can use the retouched image(s) for your yearbook. We want you to look your best!

I didn't get package info, how much are the packages?

Can we bring props? Horses? Dogs? Tennis Rackets?

Prestige Portraits invites you to bring props with you for your Senior Portrait Session. Please know that you may need to get approval for certain items such as an animal.  Any other props that you can bring with you are welcomed. Got art, sports equipment, costumes, musical instruments? Bring items that make you unique.

Can I have my pictures take with siblings, friends, parents etc?

Up to 4 friends, siblings or parents may be in a pose with you for your senior portraits.
